How to Receive Maru Voice Canada Surveys 

 

Not receiving emails from us? Follow your email provider's safe sender instructions detailed below to ensure you receive Maru Voice Canada's survey invitations and other communications.

Instructions for Yahoo! Mail

  1. Sign in to your Yahoo! email account.
  2. Next, click on the “Options” gear icon (located at the top right of the page).
  3. Select “Settings”. Then, select “Filters”.
  4. Click “Add”.
  5. Type in support@maruvoice.ca in the “Filter Name” field. Select “Inbox” from the drop-down menu next to “Then deliver the email to the following folder”.
  6. Click “Save”.

 

Instructions for Windows Live Mail/Hotmail

  1. Sign in to your Window Live Mail email account.
  2. Next, click “File” and select “Options”.
  3. Select “Tools” under “Safety Options”.
  4. Go to the “Options” tab.
  5. Type in support@maruvoice.ca in the “Filter Name” field. Select “Inbox” from the drop-down menu next to “Then deliver the email to the following folder”.
  6. Click “Save”.

 

Instructions for AOL Mail

  1. Sign in to your AOL Mail email account.
  2. Open the most recent Maru Voice Canada email in your inbox.
  3. Select the sender’s name and email address (i.e., Maru Voice Canada and support@maruvoice.ca )
  4. Click “Add to Address Book”, then “Save”.

 

Instructions for Google Mail

  1. Sign in to your Google Mail email account.
  2. Click on the cog icon located at the top right of the screen. Select “Settings”, then “Filters”, and “Create a new filter”.
  3. Type in support@maruvoice.ca in the “From” field. Then click “Create filter with this search”
  4. Select “Never send it to spam” in the field “When a message arrives that matches the search”.
  5. Click “Create Filter”.

 

Instructions for Microsoft Outlook

  1. Sign in to your Microsoft Outlook email account.
  2. Click on the “Junk” located in the Delete section of the Home tab. Select “Junk E-mail Options”.
  3. Click on the “Safe Senders” tab. Select “Add”.
  4. Type in support@maruvoice.ca in the pop-up box that appears. Click “OK”. Click “OK” again.
